She leads you into healing and embracing your unique identity through yoga, reiki, a blend of ancient healing modalities, consciousness and occassional mediumship- all in tune with the rhythm and cycles of the Moon and nature.
She taps into and acesses the Spirit of Universal Energy to recognize the physical and energetic anatomy of each person, to work at your soul level, connecting you to your true essence and allowing you to step fully into the healthiest version of yourself.
She encourages people of all ages and gender to live as their highest and most authentic self.
Her expertise falls in many different areas with over 23 years as a Certified Energy Healer and 20 years as a Certified Fitness Professional. Always a student, she is persuing her Bachelors degree in Holistic Health. This knowledge base has helped to develop a unique approach to health and wellness.

Stella is a special soul- she is known to be by Shelley’s side 100% of the time- and she is truly a gift from the Universe.
Throughout her 7 years with Shelley, Stella has made it clear that she has a mission and a purpose in working along side Shelley in her healing work.
